Website terms & conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms describe the permitted use of this website operated by Nous Advisory Partners LLC. They do not replace a signed engagement agreement. The privacy notice is a separate explanation of personal data processing, rather than a condition requiring consent to processing.

2. Website use

You may browse, download and print website information for your own lawful business or personal reference, keeping copyright and attribution notices intact. Do not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or copy material for commercial redistribution without permission.

3. Intellectual property

Website material, branding and design are owned by Nous or used with permission, except where identified otherwise. No ownership or licence to use our trademarks commercially is transferred by accessing the website. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

4. General information and service engagements

The material describes consultancy services and is general information. It is not individual legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. Content may change and must not be relied upon as complete or current advice for a specific decision. No particular result, valuation or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

A separate written agreement must set out the services, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, permitted reliance, liability and dispute provisions for an engagement. These website terms do not amend an existing agreement. Sending an enquiry does not commit either party to an engagement.

5. Enquiry preparation

The current website prepares enquiries within your browser. It does not submit the form to Nous, create a client record or confirm receipt. Copying or downloading the brief is an action on your device; you must separately share it with your Nous contact. Supply information you are authorised to share. Do not include sensitive personal data, identification documents or confidential client records in an initial enquiry.

6. Third-party links

Links to external resources are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the applicable terms when leaving this website.

7. Availability and liability

We may update, suspend or remove website content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To that extent, Nous excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website material, interruptions or third-party resources.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not restrict data protection rights or access to a regulator or competent court.

8. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. Subject to mandatory law and jurisdictional requirements, disputes concerning them may be brought before the QFC Civil and Commercial Court. A service engagement may specify separate dispute provisions. Nothing here removes any mandatory protection or lawful right to complain to the QFC Data Protection Office.

9. Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. Changes apply to future website use and do not retrospectively change signed engagements. Questions can be addressed in writing to Nous at the registered office shown below, marked “Website terms”.
