Scope of services

Our licence permits management and business consulting and human resource consultancy, including strategic and organisational planning, financial planning and budgeting, business valuations and financial modelling, governance, risk management advice, operational change, and advice on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Services are subject to the scope, conditions and restrictions of our licence and a written engagement agreement.

These are non-regulated activities within the QFC licensing framework. Our QFCA licence does not, by itself, authorise regulated financial services under the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA). This website does not offer investment dealing, investment management, investment advice on financial products, banking, insurance or insurance broking services. Business valuation and financial modelling consultancy should not be interpreted as an offer of those services.

Nous does not offer manpower supply or outsourcing, visa or sponsorship arrangements, or real estate agency or broking under the supplied consultancy licence. Any additional activity requiring separate authorisation would require that authorisation before being offered.
